Returns & Exchanges
At UAL, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your UAL account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form or authorization number inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
